Nature

Cooling water
Of the running stream
Subdues my chatting
The inner chattering
A small gap, perhaps,
But a big relief
A gigantic depth of peace
Streams down
Freezing the moment.
The greenery I see around
Eagerly soothes my eyes
Opening a new vista
Beyond the horizon,
Just a second of admiration
Nature enters my being
So profound a feeling
Blissfully I am entombed within.

  1. We are a part of nature; we came from there, would go into it...we are Nature itself,

    Nice poem, Cyclops :)

  3. @Devika...yuppp..I agree we have nowhere to run but merge with nature. Thank you.

@Marja...We too belong to nature, yet we are a kinda separated from Nature, due to strong sensorial grip. Thank you.

  5. "it was meant to be that way"

No, sorry, my mistake Cyclops--It was not meant to be that way...but with modernisation man had to distance or was distanced from nature,

the sensorial grip is a reality...but nature is/was or can never be against it, i think,

  6. If one wishes to know the Divine one should knowingly become one with nature - everyday she shows the ways and essence of the Divine...how few of us completely understand this.
