Conscience

Furtively
My conscience
Becomes a witness
To all the fugitive thoughts
Ended abortively.
In me the war and peace
One end vigorously seething
The other end in vigorous calmness.

  1. they say, its a state of feeling alive....nicely penned, Cyclops :)

reminded me one of my first posts...where you commented :)

    "Thoughts flowing into my mind
    Frighten me at times
As floods in the thick dark woods
    They fill me, choke me

But, blankness of the mind, lack of
    Thoughts, frighten me more
As the barren landscapes that breed
    Nameless spirits from unknown shores."

i was reading my older posts recently :)
